Osamu Tezuka
I know I've posted this before but I would really appreciate it if you were to look into Choppy and The Princess (AKA Princess Knight),  Also maybe you could look into Amazing Three as well.  Also, a lot of Osamu Tezuka's anime has been released over seas but not in the US.  One I would love is Space Firebird 2772 (Aka Hi No Tori 2772 aka Pheonix 2772).  As far as I know this movie hasn't been dubed in english, but the UK release has subtitles.

Maybe you could also look into Tezuka Osamu's 1001 Nights, Cleopatra & Belladonna.  These movies happen to be Osamu Tezuka's more adult oriented works.

Then theres Alakazam the great and Adventures of Sinbad.  These two are musicalfamily movies that Tezuka had a hand in creating in his early days.

I even heard of an English Dub for BlackJack TV that was released onto US airwaves but never dvd.  BlackJack has seen releases of his specials, OVAs and one Movie.

Osamu Tezuka had a lot of work that wasn't translated but his many fans have translated over the years.  The ones I listed are all releases that were released either on UK or US airwaves or to theatres (as well as the ones I mentioned that were only released in the UK).

RE: Osamu Tezuka
If I could expand on my list, I think it would be great if you could also release some of Osamu Tezuka's un-dubbed or un-subbed work.  I'm sure Tezuka Productions would help in the finance department if needed.  After all, right now they are trying to spread Osamu Tezuka's peacefull message across the globe.  Comic companines are liscencing works never before released in English, there was recently a traveling Tezuka Exhibit, and right now there a specail media event happening in London based on Tezuka's anime.  Here is a whole bunch of wanted shows and movies from a Tezuka fan site I visit that I posted.

Adventures of the Monkey King - 1966 Pilot Film
Amazing Melmo (Marvelous Melmo)
Ambassador Magma - 1993 OAV Series
Bagi, the Monster of Mighty Nature - 1984 TV Special
Big X - 1964 TV Series
Blue Blink - 1989 TV Series
Blue Triton - 1971 Pilot Film
Don Dracula - 1982 TV Series
Dororo - 1968 Pilot Film
Dororo - 1969 TV Series
Fantastic Adventure of Unico 1, The - 1981 Film
Fantastic Adventure of Unico 2, The - 1983 Film
Jetter Mars - 1977 TV Series
Phoenix, The: Chapter of Ho-Ou - 1986 OAV
Three-eyed One, The: Prince in the Devil Island - 1985 TV Special
Three-eyed One, The - 1990 TV Series
Triton of the Sea - 1972 TV Series
Triton of the Sea - 1979 Film
Undersea Super Train: Marine Express - 1979 TV Special
Unico: Short Story - 1979 Pilot Film
Unico Special Chapter: Saving our Fragile Earth

If I recal The Fantastic Adventure of Unico 1, and 2 were dubbed in english but only had a VHS release.  Also the Phoenix OVA I mentioned is not the same as Anime Works multi vol release.  I also think that Ambassador Magma was dubbed as well.  Aslo this Ambassador Magma was different from the 1960's Ambassador Magma TV series.

I also know that Jetter Mars was dubbed in Spanish and Italian and was region pacific.  Osamu Tezuka was asked to create another hit like Astro Boy Italin viewers, thus he created Jetter  Mars.  That's about all I know about the subbed and dubbed state of the listed movies and series.

If you want, the Tezuka fan site I mentioned is called http://tezukainenglish.com/.
