Accounting Coordinator
We are searching for an Accounting Coordinator to join our Finance department. The Accounting Coordinator handles all accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions and all accounts receivable collections. Successful candidates will have previous AP work experience, have an eye for detail and numbers, be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, and be able to work within established deadlines. This candidate must follow through on all inquiries, both internal and external, in a timely manner.
Reports to: Accounting Director, Finance
Duties:
- Complete vendor invoice entry, handle vendor and staff invoice inquiries.
- Performs all weekly check runs to be approved by supervisor.
- Complete sales invoice entry, collection of receivable amounts.
- Makes all cash deposits.
- Perform 1099 reporting for all necessary vendors.
- Filing and organization of A/P and A/R transactions.
- General office assistance for the Accounting Manager as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1 – 2 year Accounts Payable experience.
- Accounts Receivable experience preferred.
- Must be fluent in the use Microsoft Office programs for PC.
- Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise preferred.
- Must have excellent organization and communication skills and be able to work in a fast environment under multiple deadlines and be detail oriented.

Music/Video Industry Internships
Shout! Factory is an audio/video label based in West Los Angeles.
Started in the fall of 2002 at the hands of Richard Foos (former
co-founder of Rhino Entertainment) and other Rhino alums Garson Foos
and Bob Emmer, Shout! Factory has built a company rooted in
pop-culture. From single and multi-disc music packages to single and
multi-volume DVD sets, Shout! Factory continues to dig deep and put
out content for the discerning pop-culture geek.
But we need help. We need your help. We are in search of interns who
share our passion for music, tv and film - in all areas:

We are a traditional 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Friday operation,
but can work with your hours and availability. This is an unpaid
internship, so only enrolled students who can earn credit in their
respective programs should apply.
Skills needed: good attitude (is that a skill?), must be computer
literate, and committed.
